Before we embark on our skin journey together, I want to learn more about you, your skin history, and your lifestyle. My goal is to serve you beyond your expectations and create a personalized experience from the very start. Your experience begins when you submit a Facial Intake Form, which encompasses essential details such as allergies, sensory accommodations, at-home skin care routines, and medical history. This information allows me to tailor your treatment effectively on the day of your appointment. 

Once you complete your form, I’ll be promptly notified to review your responses and reach out with any questions. Following this, I’ll send you a digital Welcome Packet containing all the necessary information, including location, parking details, and a full treatment menu. This packet will also highlight the best treatment options for you based on your goals and any pertinent treatment insights I believe may assist in your decision-making.

After confidently selecting the most suitable treatment, I’ll provide my availability, and we’ll secure your appointment. 

As your appointment approaches, you’ll receive a confirmation email 48 hours prior, giving you the option to confirm or reschedule. Additionally, a friendly text reminder will be sent 24 hours before your visit. When you arrive at the studio, please note that we don’t have a front desk receptionist. Feel free to make yourself comfortable on our cozy couch and use the restroom. I’ll greet you at the start of our appointment!
